Dave Schlor

Head Coach

Coach Dave Schlor has been with AZ Elite 18U from the beginning. As head coach, Dave trains and mentors our players, offering the highest level guidance throughout the season. The positive atmosphere that Coach Dave cultivates gets the most out of these talented athletes. His over 10 years of coaching experience has been pivotal to bringing tournament championships to AZ Elite.

Amber Gill

Coach

Coach Amber Gill is the model for AZ Elite players with her passion, skill, and drive. She is a 28-year softball veteran who has played at the college level on a full scholarship and has coached for over a decade in High School, Travel Ball, and her kids' Little League teams. Constantly, Amber is in the game, running the local women's softball league and coaching. She is a certified Challenge U. Drill Interval Training (C.U.D.I.T) hitting coach instructor. Coach Gill teaches AZ Elite players a progression of the drills for a quick and clean path to muscle memory mechanic training.
