Recruiting

The well-being and advancement of our student athletes is our highest priority.

We encourage our student athletes to take full responsibility for their future.  Our recruiting program is designed to assist them in making their collegiate goals a reality.  The AZ Elite recruiting program is broken down into five primary elements.

  1. Goal Development—AZ Elite players are counseled and assisted in making clear and viable scholarship, academic and athletic goals.

  2. Recruiting Education—Our recruiting team provides athletes and parents with a thorough understand of the recruiting process.  Team seminars and one-on-one discussions are conducted for all interested players. Discussion points include the A-to-Z recruiting steps, timelines, scholarship allocation rules, out-of-state considerations, athletic divisions, academic scholarships, how to contact college coaches, what coaches are looking for, how students and parents can create a good impression, and how to prepare for showcase events.

  3. Individual Recruiting Packages—The AZ Elite recruiting team works with athletes to create academic/athletic resumes, videos, fact sheets, and proven email templates.

  4. Showcase Tournaments—AZ Elite creates timely and viable showcase opportunities. The recruiting team creates a specific plan and process for each showcase. This ensures that players align scholarship, academic and athletic goals with attending college coaches.

  5. Mentorship—The process can be long and challenging. Our recruiting team works with our athletes through every step of the recruiting process to meet their aspirations and goals.
